About the Recipe

These wraps are a delicious and convenient lunch option. They are high in protein and can be easily customized with your favorite veggies.


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 whole wheat wraps

  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Prepare and Grill the Chicken:

    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    • Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

    • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.

  2. Make the Yogurt Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay out the whole wheat wraps.

    • Spread a tablespoon of yogurt sauce on each wrap.

    • Layer with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and sliced chicken.

  4. Wrap and Serve:

    • Roll up the wraps tightly.

    • Serve immediately.
