About the Recipe

This simple yet elegant dinner is full of omega-3 fatty acids and essential nutrients. It's perfect for a healthy, balanced meal.


  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 lemon, sliced

Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped



  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the Salmon and Asparagus:

    • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    • Arrange the asparagus around the salmon.

    • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.

    • Season with salt and pepper.

    • Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.

  3. Bake:
