  • How to Complete:

    1. Find a quiet place where you can walk undisturbed.

    2. Walk slowly and deliberately, paying attention to the sensations in your feet and legs as they move.

    3. Focus on your breath, the movement of your body, and your surroundings.

    4. If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to the act of walking.
