Instructions

  • How to Complete:

    1. Sit comfortably with your back straight.

    2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your abdomen to expand.

    3. Hold your breath for a count of four.

    4. Exhale slowly through your mouth, completely emptying your lungs.

    5. Repeat this process for 5 minutes.
