Body Scan Meditation


10 minutes


How to Complete:

  1. Find a quiet place and lie down or sit comfortably.

  2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

  3. Start by focusing on your toes and slowly move your attention up through your body (feet, legs, torso, arms, neck, head).

  4. Notice any sensations, tension, or discomfort in each area and breathe into it.

  5. Spend about 1 minute on each body part, gradually scanning your entire body.
